Title: Admin/Sales Assistant for Estate Agency

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admin/Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, exceptional communication skills and a good telephone manner. A passion for marketing and a good working knowledge of various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to clients and prospective customers
Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with sales activities, including property viewings, negotiations, and communication
Supporting marketing efforts, including creating content for social media platforms and executing digital campaigns
Responding to client inquiries via email, phone and social platforms in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
Good working Knowledge of the Adobe suite
Knowledge of various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Exceptional attention to detail
Extremely well organised
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
